Shipping Deliveries:

We also ship internationally, however, we recommend that you pay for a tracking number. Contact us, and we'll see what we can do to find the best rate. Please email for more information.

Delivery to Canada and the United States:

We offer the best shipping terms from Canada Post (excluding international orders with tracking number). For all other orders, standard shipping rates will apply. It may take 1 to 2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are mailed with expected delivery within 7-10 days.

Return policy: *

Customer satisfaction is important. However, due to circumstances beyond our control and the safety of everyone's health, we must apply this policy.

Liability for wrong address:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they have entered the delivery address correctly. Orders are usually dispatched the next business day. If you make a mistake in your delivery address, please contact us before 5 p.m. on the day of your order, so that the address can be corrected. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. EST as they will already be being processed or shipped.

If your order is already being processed or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait and see if the package is returned to us. If it is returned to us, we can ship it to the correct address.

Sales tax:

Please note that sales tax will be added to the final price. These collected taxes are mandated by the governments of your state and province. We do not derive any benefit from it.
